[AG-DEV] [PATCH] BuildSnapshot.py ignores the -s option

Tom,

I thought I mailed this to you a while ago, but it's possible I just
mentioned it in the Argonne Lobby once (oops):

BuildSnapshot.py ignores any options passed with -s; I see the --sourcedir
and AGBUILDROOT-related lines have been in CVS since judson's v1.1, so...
was --sourcedir supposed to replace AGBUILDROOT?  If so, here's a patch.

If not, then what should it be for?  Perhaps to change the directory used in
conjunction with --no-checkout?

PS: I tried to put this in bugzilla, but none of the product/component
choices really fit.  Where should things like this go in the future?
