[AG-DEV] HTTP Authentication Proxy for 3.1beta

Someone else who had this problem talked to me about fixing it, but 
hasn't yet.
It is something that needs to be done for users in this situation.  The 
solution is
rather straightforward; if someone would like to pursue it and has any 
questions,
I'd be happy to help.
