[AG-DEV] Shared App migration to 3.0

Hi Tom,

  I've rearranged my code, quite bit, and tried to see what the problem was and I've narrowed down the error to this:

   ftplib.error_perm: 530 Connection rejected.



This is some of the stuff that came up in the Log File, where I think the problem is:
