[AG-DEV] Difference between agtk: and tns: in Accessgrid_Types.xsd

I don't believe there should be any "agtk" references in 
AccessGrid_Types.xsd.  I just renamed the two in there to "tns".

In our wsdl files, we usually refer to the namespace defined in 
AccessGrid_Types.xsd as "agtk".
