[AG-DEV] AG3 Release Prep

We've been actively fixing bugs and addressing issues and testing in
preparation for the release of AG3. There are some lingering issues in bugzilla
(http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/accessgrid), which we are working on.
If you are testing a beta2 package, or using CVS code, and are aware of issues,
please submit them to bugzilla as soon as possible so we can address
them before the release.

Discussions on ag-dev are also welcome, but bugs really should go in bugzilla
so they can be effectively tracked.
