AG 2.3 Packaging

I extracted SOAPpy from the source tarballs for 2.3beta2 and 2.3, and 
got the diff below.  It looks like the beta2 source you're using is from 
cvs or 0.11.5, since it contains changes from well beyond the 4/29 
release of 0.11.4.

It looks like our beta2 SOAPpy came from cvs at an earlier point, since 
it includes files not in the release.  In the final, we're using the 
SOAPpy 0.11.4 release with a patched Server.py, which is better than 
using cvs.

The additional output that Chris mentioned comes from verifying that all 
CA certificates are in the user's cert repo each time an app is run. 
Previously, this only happened when the cert repo was created, so with 
the first app execution.  Now that we're doing it each time, the text 
appears each time.  The text is printed to stderr by globus; since we 
don't provide the source for it, and probably don't want to patch it, I 
guess we'll have to live with it for now, and consider how to handle it 
for the future.
