I have more or less the same problem Chris is describing, see the
following for the BuildSnapshot.py output:

http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~douglask/log/


In the log output you'll see the following line:
  cmd =  cp QuickBridge /sandbox/agtk/dist-20040910_230034/bin

Where dist-20040910_230034/bin is not a dir, but the copied QuickBridge
file. So it is failing before that line.
