pyGlobus for winGlbous

Hi --

I just checked pyGlobus out from 
:pserver:anonymous at portnoyc.lbl.gov:/home/portnoy/u5/repository and ran 
across problems that I thought had already been addressed and fixed:

missing globus-makefile-header.py, changes to setup.py to look for 
globus-makefile-header.py

udpattr_init/destroy not available on windows
use of SIZE, DELETE in ftpClient.i clash with reserved names on windows
use of varargs in macro in pyGlobus-threading.h

is there a set of missing commits somewhere?

This was compiling against the latest (Nov 21) winglobus from 
http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/~gaffaney/.
