I like this kind of thing, man it makes me happy (not that there's a bug
though...)

Thanks for the test

I tried a few machines:

name, redhat-release, python version
andrew 9.0 2.2.2: fail
home 6.2 1.5.2: ImportError: No module named xml.dom.minidom VW 7.2 1.5.2:
OK video 8.0 2.2.1 OK
tnt02 FC2 2.3.3 OK
ek FC1 2.2.3 OK
OpenOffice.org1.1.2 2.2.2 Exception with dom: No parsers found

I tried upgrading Python on my desktop to 2.2.3 from an FC1 distro.
I upgraded python,python-devel,python-tools and ignored a request to upgrade
db from 4.0 to 4.1 (it's needed in things I use, like sendmail and
Perl)

Unfortunately, it still fails, though 2.2.3 works on an FC1 machine.
xml/dom/minidom.py was upgraded along with the interpreter.

 .... few minutes later :

Got it. I looked at the files python was opening with strace. It's using
something from PyXML.
I upgrded PyXML from PyXML-0.7.1-9 to PyXML-0.8.3-1 and the test works.

I haven't tried the AG stuff yet.

Andrew
