FW: [AG-TECH] [Announce] New version of ALSA 0.9+ patch for AG 2.2

We should apply this patch to our rat in cvs, and look at what rat
modifications we have in our cvs that we can submit back to UCL -- they are
apparently starting work on it again and it'd be a shame to support
divergent code bases.

Hi Ivan,

The version I posted for for AG2.2 seems to apply cleanly against CVS. 
Let me know if there's any other problems.
