New mac test package

There's a new Mac test package available (URL below) - this requires
wxPython being installed separately (2.5.1.5 recommended, though not (as
yet) tested, 2.5.2.7 tested and works, but doesn't work quite 'right'). 
Other than that, everything is bundled.  Check it out, see if it works -
this is the release candidate for the beta ;-)

P.S.  This is based on a CVS checkout as of about 11:00 central time
this morning.  Obviously that can (and likely will) be updated when we
'call' the beta.
