virtual venues - institution roms

Well as I originally mentioned all the Institution Rooms and NCSA venues
are used for most of the meetings.

I have only a stray request here and there for those primary AG1 venues
(full sail, big horn).. and it is usually because someone needs an ANL
bridge or has a specific need for that room...

We still have many users using 1.x (I polled the community just a few weeks
ago on this)... When folks using both 1.x and 2.x have a meeting it is
royal PAIN. We all have to connect to 2 chat rooms, decide carefully on
the virtual venue, and usually have problems with deciding on presentation
software...

I wish we should press the magic button and have everyone make the switch :)
