virtual venues - institution roms

All,

I think I need to understand the current process of adding Institution 
Venues to the AG.  Many of these have dropped through the cracks or been 
incorporated on one side (1.x server) and not the other (2.x) through no 
one person's fault really.

I know the question of these rooms is still in the air, but after taking a 
survey of venues used, ,many meetings use an institution room or a NCSA 
venue at this point.  In fact, I have no reservations on the ANL side at 
all except for Kentucky's recurring meeting (which they are moving to NCSA 
site).

Can we discuss the correct process to requesting an institution room, so 
that we don't get multiple emails re-posting these types of requests?

Also, my current ANL venue reservation has failed.  I made a few changes to 
it.  I removed the choice of Secure Room, it seems that combining 1.x and 
2.x secure rooms are a little complicated.  When I can chat with Bob about 
replacing the script on this, that might change.
