Node Setup Wizard How-To

Tom, 

I added some text on how to create a configuration by using the Node Setup 
Wizard to the Room-BasedNode-HOWTO.doc. I attached the doc but I haven't 
added it to cvs yet, I don't want to overwrite the doc that's already 
there before this one has been reviewed.  I also canged the link on where 
to go to download the software, I think the old one was wrong.
