Test Cases Template

Eric, Hiroyuki,

How do you think we should structure the test case documents? One 
suggestion is the file I attached, feel free to give suggestions on 
format etc. 

I only had test cases done for the Venue Client (long time ago) so I guess 
we need to do new senarios for Venue Management and Node Management. What 
do you think about having me work on Venue Client, Eric on Node 
Management, and Hiroyuki on Venue Management?
