2003-10-17: 2.1.2. Final Relese Target

Let's shoot for having our final release one week from today, Friday October
17, 2003.

Before we have a final release we have to:
 - make another bugzilla pass (I have a few to close)
 - finish our documents (the mail I sent last Friday)
 - update the changelog, and check the install/readme files
 - setup the web pages
 - update bugzilla with the new versions

Yee haw, let's party!
