AGServiceManager.py work around!!!

If anyone runs into the situation that Mary and I have run into on numerous
occasions on the  workshop node where the AGServiceManager.py won't believe
your passphrase, here is the workaround:

For bash:

export GLOBUS_LOCATION=/usr/lib/globus
export GPT_LOCATION=/usr/lib/gpt
. $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus-user-env.sh
grid-proxy-init
