FYI:  I helped Phil get the AG2 software set up locally, and chatted 
with him via AG2.  He is unable to get video and audio at his site, most 
likely due to a lack of multicast.  He will talk to his network folks 
about getting multicast support in his building, and get back to me when 
he is ready.
