Rat is now in the CVS as ag-rat. It has the sliders-on-front fix, and a 
fix for the always-unmute-mic audio problem.

The latter is related to how the code in auddev_win32 does loopback. The 
loopback stuff is broken; I've just changed the default to be
non-loopback.

Does anyone know if the ring-buffer fixes that elminated the one-second
delay on receive (that went into the rat release for the PIG) got
submitted into the UCL rat? 

The rat here is UCL release 4.2.22 with my fixes.
