pyGlobus use in AG

The AG 2.0 project is using the pyGlobus COG kit as a means to leverage the 
data and file transport and security mechanisms provided by the Globus 
toolkit.  Communications between components in the AG 2.0 system are based 
on web services; we utilize the GSISOAP interface for the SOAP-based 
services currently in use. We also use GASS for peer-to-peer and 
server-based file transfer. The Globus certificate-based authentication 
mechanisms are the basis for user authentication in the AG 2.0 system.
