The current email to ag-dev *really* needs to be changed to point to a new
mailing list dedicated to cvs loginfo traffic, since ag-dev is the
developers discussion.

I think the line wants to be:

AccessGrid	mail -s %(sVv) ag-cvs at mcs.anl.gov
Voyager 	mail -s %(sVv) voyager-cvs at mcs.anl.gov (would be a great
addition too!)

We probably don't want all commits to all packages going to the ag-cvs list
either (it'd be confusing).
