datastore

I plan to merge the rdo-dev-2003-0205 branch back into the trunk tomorrow 
or friday at the latest (depending on the linux/windows and linux/linux 
testing), giving us a basic datastore functionality. It doesn't yet have 
all of the authorization checking in place, or any fancy drag/drop or 
double-click-for-invoke stuff.

Attached is the latest doc discussing the datastore.
