Window Layout Library.

My prototype of window layout library is available at
<http://www.accessgrid.org/~komatsu/tmp/windowlayout-0.2.0.tar.gz>.

This library calculates available spaces from a whole rectangle size
(as a display size) and rectangle geometries (x,y,w,h) in the whole
rectangle (as window geometries).

Though the current version is not enough to use for the autoplace
extension of AG, you can build and run a test command like here:

   ./configure  (You need GLib and GTK development environments)
   make
   ./src/layout-test
