this reminds me to ask the question about how close we are to enabling
folks to upload items like a presentation to a venue via the venue
management client and then enable folks to gain access via the venue
client ?

Subject: [AG-TECH] AGSchedule files accidentally deleted

Due to operator error, namely mine, files that had been uploaded for
meetings on AGSchedule were inadvertently deleted. It appears that there
were no files uploaded for any pending meetings. If you find this not to
be the case, please reply to this email and tell us the file name and we
will work to restore it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can simply
upload the file to your meeting again. If you know of several files that
need restoration, simply let us know and we will restore all files based on
your username.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This does however
give us an opportunity to clean things up on our server. To this end, we
will restore all files uploaded since July 1st 2003. If you wish to have a
file restored that was uploaded previous to this date, please let us
know. We will be announcing a policy for archiving of files shortly.

We are working toward putting safeguards in place to prevent this from
happening again. We thank you for your patience.
