We should take down the source forge access grid project since it only adds
to the confusion about where to find things and what's up to date, etc.

See the randy groves question about this for my prompting. This email is
intended to get it into the collective queue, since I think bob and lisa are
the only project admins at sourceforge, one of them has to do the actual
work.
