testing personal node support

I've committed the autostart-service mods.

To try out with a CVS build, set AGTK_INSTALL to the full path of your 
AccessGrid/bin directory, and run:

	python bin\VenueClient.py --personalNode -d


The -d sends logging output to the console as well as the logfile.

This doesn't clean up the processes if the venue client abends (it is 
hooked into the OnExit processing); I need to figure out how to do that 
(aha, I think I just did, need to work out the details).
