Meetings 30th, 1st, 2nd

Howdy,

In order to make these meetings as painless as possible I'd like to hold
them in the Workshop and the ANL Institutional Venue. In order to do
this, I'll need to get both Voyager and Bridging working in that venue.

I know we're not supporting that in general, but it would seem to be
reasonable for us to enable it in our own venue and these meetings
really need it.

That being said, here's stuff to do, and who can do it (I think):

1) Get meetings on schedule -- Ivan/Mary
2) Get Voyager in ANL Venue -- Ivan/Bob
3) Get Bridging in ANL Venue -- Bob

Can we get these working as soon as reasonably possible so we can test
stuff and make sure it's all working?
