FW: New AG development in Asia

[Ivan R. Judson]

Once we have the www.accessgrid.org site functional we're planning on
having links, currently we're providing cnames for them to be at
apag.accessgrid.org and euroag.accessgrid.org. We should focus on
getting the new site organized and flush it out rather than keep
propogating our old worn out site, I think.
