Bridging a Polycom into the AG

A little more detail on the vrm/drm thing - this is using the stock linux
vrm (the same vrm and UCL Vic used on most AG video machines), with an
additional copy of UCL Vic being run for 'display' purposes (by the drm).  
All are UCL vic (actually, all are the same binary ;-).  I *believe*
what's happening is that the default multicast socket behavior under Linux
is to *not* loopback multicast packets (whereas on Windows, where things
do what you'd expect, the default behavior is to accept your own packets),
so the VRM-spawned Vic video streams aren't seen by the display-Vic.  
When Ti hits 'transmit' on the display vic, he's sending duplicate streams
(the display-vic and the video-vic are streaming), but local Vic code is
doing the duplication to display it to the screen.  I haven't hunted
through the code, so I could be wrong, but I think the above is likely...

P.S.  Not sure what the fix is - we could probably patch UCL-Vic to
explicitly set the socket to allow loopback of multicast, but I don't know
if that's the right thing....
