I checked stuff in tonight; there is a venue server that uses the pyGlobus
soap stuff;
It's working. I'm going to work through making AddVenue work tomorrow and
debug the coherence service.

By then I'm hoping to integrate the data storage stuff; the venues will be
ready for it at that point.

Then I think we'll have a reasonably complete alpha venue server working.
The rest of the day will be flushing out the details of the rest of the
system and updating docs.
