I think this speaks nicely for delaying SOAP/WSDL until later when we have
a better feel for exactly what is required; if folks using .NET want to
play, they need only use this:

>XML-RPC.NET is a class library for implementing XML-RPC Services and
>clients in the .NET environment. The current version of XML-RPC.NET is
>0.6.0. This releases automatic generation of proxy code using an interface
>definition. This makes hand-coding of proxies unnecessary in most cases
>(this was often an area of confusion).
>
>NB: The documentation and the FAQ have not yet been updated for the new
>features in the current release.
>
>The XML-RPC.NET library is CLS-compliant and so can be called from any
>CLS-compliant language, the main examples being C# and VB.NET.
