Help with mud lag at NWU

All,

I got a call from Steve at Northwestern University today.  He is really 
having trouble with the mud/tkmoo lag, which is effecting their AG meetings 
a great deal.  Steve talked to a few folks here about the problem, no one 
has gotten back to him just yet.  He has contacted his NWU networking folks 
that they insist it is a problem is not on their end, but rather ours 
possibly.  They have several meetings coming up and need to fix this mud 
lag in order to effectively use the AG.

Can anyone look into this problem for them?  Again their networking folks 
are standing by, but they see no problem at NWU.  Steve is willing to test 
or try anything you might suggest and find out...
