In response to your questions about achieving stated AGIB objectives
from last year's NSF PPP, the AG Training Core team (Judson, Tieg von
Hoffman, Southern, Walker, Kappes) sends this, in addition to Ivan's
info:   

1.  The tutorial for administrators and executives is complete.
Developed by the AG Training Core,  it is entitled, "The Access Grid:
an Overview for Decision Makers."  The whole series is at

It is available as a PDF file at

2. The AGIB Training Core is developing its intermediate troubleshooting
guide for node operators in weekly meetings, obtaining user input by
survey and interviews. 

3.  (Not a stated objective;  new FY 02 product)  The AGIB Training Core
produced an AG overview video. It runs in the above web-based tutorial
because some learners prefer visual information over text.  The video
also stands alone at
