Release of services core code

I have revamped the layout of the python code a bit in CVS (see 
http://www-unix/~olson/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/ReleaseEngineeringNotes for some 
background notes). This code is now available in the /home/FuturesLab CVS 
archive in the VV2 module. It is also installed (the service part, not yet 
the venue part) in /usr/local/vv2 on ag-www and moonbeam. See the README in 
/usr/local/vv2/Source/VV2/README for information on how to set up the 
environment (It's using a setup similar to the Globus mechanism).
