 adds option --extraReference to specify an extra include or use statement.
 The existing command line parameter --concreteType is to be used for
 adjusting the generated active type name. For a use with rapsodia a
 command line arguments may be:
 --overloading -m f
 --extraReference="include \"RAinclude.f90\""
 --concreteType="RArealD"
