Comment(by utke):

 stage 2: introduce scope algorithm objects and with these a new scope for
 replicated blocks as e.g. in Tape and Adjoint variants.  That requires
 also an algorithm on the ScopeHierarchy or
 else we cannot link up the new scopes for easy unparsing.
