[petsc-users] set MUMPS OOC_TMPDIR

Hi Barry,
   I can only call  PetscOptionsSetValue before PetscInitialize() but I
call PetscInitialize only once at the beginning of my program. I want to
change MUMPS OOC_TMPDIR dynamically on the fly.
