[petsc-users] Question about TSComputeRHSJacobianConstant

Hi Hong,

The solution has the right characteristics but it's off by many orders of
magnitude. It is ~3.5x faster as before.

Am I supposed to keep the TSRHSJacobianSetReuse function or not?
