[petsc-users] Problems with a Laplacian problem with Neumann boundary condition

Hi all,
I am trying to change PETSC KSP tutorial ex34 to fortran code ex34f and I referred to ex22f, but it somehow seems wrong in my code.
Important error information points to MatSetValuesStencil() [argument out of range].
Can anyone look over my code and give any advice?
