[petsc-users] Problem Running Example

Thanks - I downloaded the maint branch (so I am 11 hours out of date!)
and built that - the advection diffusion example now runs. Somewhat
annoyingly, it doesn't seem to produce any output. Time to add a few
printf statements I guess.
