[petsc-users] CG+GAMG convergence issues in GHEP Krylov-Schur for some MPI runs

In MacOSX you have to keep the *.o files, and not delete them.
With PETSc's makefiles, this can be done easily with e.g.
$ make ex1 RM=echo
