Sorry I missed that part, the second command retrieves SLEPC_DIR with backslash(\) separated, not as forward slash(/) expected by terminal. The same for the PETSC_DIR configuration.

Based on that I double checked the environmental variables dialog box, but this also shows the forward slashed version of both packages Petsc and SLepc.

What am I missing here ?
