[petsc-users] Release of petsc-3.2

   We are pleased to announce the release of PETSc version 3.2 at http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc

   The major changes and updates can be found at http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/petsc-as/documentation/changes/32.html; these include

*    Improvements to the ODE solver interface and many new ODE integrators including IMEX methods

*    The addition of variational inequality solvers 

*    A binding for MATLAB

*    vector and matrix operations that run on Nvidia GPUs

*    vector and matrix operations that run on multicore 

   We recommend upgrading to PETSc 3.2 immediately. As always please report problems to petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov
