[petsc-users] Question about MatConvert

    In general MatConvert() should work for rectangular matrices but  
likely it is only tested for square matrices, please report specific  
problems you have (include code fragments or entire codes that  
demonstrate the problem) to petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov and we'll get them  
working for you.
