Cannot use PETSC_DEFAULT in MatMatMult

In Fortran you must use PETSC_DEFAULT_DOUBLE_PRECISION.
I'll make sure this is may clear in the docs

There is also a PETSC_DEFAULT_INTEGER for Fortran
