[petsc-dev] Dependency problem: Sys depends on DM when Sieve is enabled

src/sys/comm/sectioncopy.c:#include <sieve/BasicCommunication.hh>

This causes link errors like:

/home/jed/petsc/mpich-cxx-sieve/lib/libpetscsys.so: undefined reference to
`DMMesh_DelTag'
/home/jed/petsc/mpich-cxx-sieve/lib/libpetscsys.so: undefined reference to
`ALE::ERROR(int, char const*, int, char const*)'


Matt, what was your intent here? How should we fix this?
