[petsc-dev] how come PETSc doesn't contain the SPIKE algorithm?

It used to :) I did it for my thesis, and my thesis code died in a machine
crash (before
the days of hosting sites, when PETSc could lose 10 years of RCS history in
the
blink of an eye).

I have written an NSF proposal with Dan Negrut and Ahmed to put it in PETSc
that
has not yet been rejected.
