[petsc-dev] Duplicate configure option -with-metis=<bool> in section METIS

Hello,
starting from rev 21292:6111c3453be1, I get the following message while 
running configure script:

UNABLE to CONFIGURE with GIVEN OPTIONS    (see configure.log for details):
Duplicate configure option -with-metis=<bool> in section METIS

command line:
./configure --with-petsc-arch=debug-so-gpu-mpich2-gnu-02 
--with-shared-libraries=1 --with-pic=1 --with-cuda=1 
--with-cuda-dir=/opt/cuda/4.0.17 --with-thrust=1 
--with-thrust-dir=/opt/cuda/4.0.17/include --with-cusp=1 
--with-cusp-dir=/opt --with-debugging=1 
--with-lapack-dir=/usr/lib/lapack --with-blas-dir=/usr/lib/libblas 
--with-windows-graphics=0 --with-x=0 --with-fortran=0 --with-cudac="nvcc 
-m64" --with-cuda-arch=sm_11

Any ideas what's up? Is it a bug or my fault?
