Hi Paul, 



I think you were right about genmap not recognizing the BC's.  I checked the REA and there appeared to be another formatting issue with the BC's being located in the wrong space. I fixed it, checked it and it works now. Thanks for looking into this. 



Also, do you have another update on that general method Recycling BC method?

Find attached two Rea files for the domain:  One with the periodic condition, and one using walls instead.  This is a conjugate HT case.  The domainW.rea goes through genmap, however domainP.rea get's held up, and then quits with an error message similar to below. Thanks very much for looking into this, it has been frustrating me lately.
