Neither the environment variable CONDOR_CONFIG,<BR>
/etc/condor/, nor ~condor/ contain a condor_config source.<BR>
Either set CONDOR_CONFIG to point to a valid config source,<BR>
or put a "condor_config" file in /etc/condor or ~condor/<BR>
Exiting.<BR>

From a practical point of view, you can get the sites in the OSG<BR>
"engagement" VO using this Swift command, which returns the list as a<BR>
sites.xml file:<BR>
<BR>
swift-osg-ress-site-catalog --engage-verified<BR>
<BR>
That command also has options for getting sites from other VOs<BR>
<BR>
swift-osg-ress-site-catalog --vo=osg<BR>
<BR>
